Well, we heard back from the sellers today! They did a counter-counter-counter offer, and we accepted! We still have to sign the contract (all of the counter offers were verbal only), so technically it's not official yet, but we're still really excited :)
I've been working a ton of over-time lately, so I'm usually really tired when I get home from work. I'll keep everyone udpated about the house-buying stuff, though!
