At long last, We're back online!! Yayy!!!
Quite a bit's happened since I last updated. Yep. I gotta say, it's been more eventful for Rob and me than we might have cared for. Health problems, money trouble, car problems, Rob's grandfather passing away after having a stroke.. oy. Just one thing after another with us. But we're still here, still just as colorful as ever... We have our friends, family, and of course one another to thank for that. ;)
My body seems to be rebelling against me, yet again. I went in for a CAT scan earlier this morning to see if it might be able to reveal why I've had a low-grade but persistent fever and terrible pain each and every day for the past two weeks.. It feels like the kind of pain I remember having had right before I needed to have my gallbladder out. Pain that, at times, takes my breath away and robs me of sleep. I should hear back on the results sometime tomorrow.. I just hope that the scan a) finds the cause, and that b) there's a direct, easy solution. I'm tired of hurting like this. I'm just so glad things finally seem to be moving forward toward true relief-- the pre-surgery symptoms have never completely gone away, even after all this time.
Uwaaa.. Sorry to come back and immediately be a downer.. It hasn't all been doom and gloom though, I promise! At any rate, I think I'm gonna go and get me some much needed shut-eye.
