My desktop computer has been a bit flaky for a few months now. Well, more than that. There's the problem where it won't display anything in plain-text mode, but that's not really a big deal. This morning, I put the release dates for new versions of Firefox and Internet Explorer on my calendar.

Though I think I lose a few points for doing it in pen instead of using Google Calendar or something.

Stupid heat wave. Stupid air conditioner that doesn't work. Stupid RAID card. Stupid backup problems.

Not gonna be a fun day.

I've spent the entire morning anticipating the monthly release of patches from Microsoft. The lack of announcements or even commentary struck me as odd, until I realized that while June 1 was the second day of the work week, it was actually Wednesday. Today isn't the second Tuesday of the month, it's the first.
