The Bates Family Legacy [4.1]
Hey and welcome back! I'm not recapping since I just did the last chapter, so let's get on with this one. :)

Let's get this chapter going with Hank's very enthusiastic aging.
No, seriously. He's thrilled to be becoming an elder.
Anyway, apparently I forgot to take a picture of him as an elder, so you'll see him all aged up later in the chapter.
Anyway, meet Terry A. Keyes. Smoking hot rocker.
He's also a hippie.
Anyway, I had Hank invite him over so that he could meet Nora, and from the moment they shook hands it was love at first sight.
Seriously. It really didn't take them long to get to this stage.
(Also, Nora asked Terry to be her boyfriend; I just forgot to take the pictures. By this point, he was.)
I LOVE THEM ALREADY. <3
Oh, super cool fact: Terry's a tattoo artist! (As a townie he actually had two jobs - his music career track job, and a fill-in tattoo artist.)
Anyway, Andre happened to come to Twinbrook, so I had Hadley go out to make him her husband.
Oh, did I forget to mention that he was already someone else's husband?
Well, he isn't anymore!
So anyway, their relationship progressed pretty fast since they were already close after France.
And soon they were engaged. :D
Meanwhile, Terry moved into the house. I forgot to get pictures.
In related news, Terry is THE HOTTEST SIM I'VE EVER HAD IN MY GAME OH. MY. GOD.
Back at the Newman Ranch beach, Hadley & Andre got married.
Keep in mind that this all happened in one night.
Hadley: "I love my new husband sooooo much! ...Wait, where'd he go?"
Immediately after they got married, Andre "had to go home." Where's home? Hard to say, since he's ORIGINALLY FROM PARIS AND DOES NOT HAVE A HOME IN TWINBROOK!
Not to mention that his home should be with Hadley, but naturally he didn't move in with her because my game is a FAIL.
And this, my friends, is where things started to fuck up.
But anyway, let's focus more on the couple that wasn't screwing up. Here's everything you need to know about Terry. :D
It's like he was made specifically to be in a legacy!

Oh dear God, I love him so much.
Anyway, Nora and Terry got engaged. :D

Honest to God, he is the CUTEST SIM EVER.
After their engagement, I decided to forget about bachelor(ette) parities and had them married right away.

As I promised before, here's what Hank looks like as an elder...from the side.
At any rate, he's taken up painting in his old age.

So back to Hadley and Andre.
It actually took forever for Hadley to be able to get together with Andre, but when he finally stopped "working," she'd been demoted to his romantic interest, NEVER MIND THAT THEY GOT MARRIED LIKE THE NIGHT BEFORE. And, for some reason, his first wife Aimee had been forcibly relocated to Twinbrook as a tattoo artist. And Andre and Aimee were married. I tried everything to make him break up with her for the second time, but there's just no option to do so.
On the plus side, the game recognizes Hadley as his significant other, even though he's still technically married to Aimee. WTF.
Anyway, Andre moved in that night.
Terry: "Mr. and Mrs. Bates, are you sure you don't want to grab some clothes before I start? ...I don't mind waiting..."
Ariel & Hank: "No! We're fine. :D"
OMG THE PREGNANCY NON-BUMP IS HERE! :D
Also, glitches are not, Hadley and Andre are just adorable. I <3 them.
I might just keep them around for a little while. :)
(Also yes, if you were wondering, if the town assigns you to Tattoo Artist duty, you get obligatory tattoos. That's why Andre and Terry have the same tattoos.)
The couple that reads pregnancy books together stays together?
Regardless, this was super cute. They both rolled up the want simultaneously.
Andre & Hadley do bonding a little differently: skinny dipping!
Hadley: "Oh dear God that's cold!"
Hadley: "Oh god what if my mom sees me out here or my dad - oh my GOD what if my dad sees me out here?!?! The last time they saw me naked was when I was born!"
Also, you know how Hadley's clumsy? I didn't actually get pictures but she really is clumsy. When she proposed to Andre she fumbled with the box the ring was in; when she went to jump in the pool, she fell in instead. I lol'd.
