Hello! The LA Mage game this past Saturday seemed to go well from my perspective. I found it fun and interesting to watch my clues and plot take life and get sorted out, or not, by the gathered characters. I was greatly amused by the game, in other words. Well my first mage game as storyteller today did not suck. At least thats what people are telling me. There were only 5 players so that was pretty good, small group without being rediculously tiny. Last weekend was Strategicon: Gateway. I found out that each of the strategicon conventions has a different gaming emphasis. Gateway's is apparently board games, and I cant help but think of it as "Board games are a Gateway game": They get you to come to a convention based on board games and then introduce you to all the other kinds of games out ( Read more... )

I havent updated in a while because there has been so much stuff going on that I didn't know how to put it all down. So I didn't. But I have some free time right now because I've gotten all my projects done for work today so far and no one has called me with an emergency yet (knock on wood) :)
