I knitted a sweater! I adjusted for my gauge and shouldn't have--it's too small for me. But! I gave it to a friend and so it's all good.

So I finally finished the Baby Blanket From Hell (tm) for my friend whose wife recently had a baby. Fate conspired to thwart this blanket at every turn. I had a hat I wore during the winter of my Kindergarten year. It was long and knitted and brown with colored snowflakes and a tassle on the tip. I would turn my head upside down, hang the length in front of me, and pretend to be Snuffleupagus. I loved that hat to bits ( Read more... )
