Ok, time for a quick update.
Eric's puking up blood. Things that worry the hell outta me. He's also been really cute the last couple days. Two nights ago, I went over to his house, and I was pretty sure he was drunk, since he was nearly asleep on the couch even before I got there, but I sat down next to him, and asked if he was gonna move over for me. His answer: "For you, the world. You're the only person I love more than anything else in it."
Then this morning, I was driving him to work before class, and he looks at me and says, "You know, most days, I don't know what I'd do without you." God damn...I like this side of him.
Last night rocked my socks off. Annette, Cina, and I went to Bdubs around 9:30ish, and karaoke was running a little late, so we sat with some of the "peeps" that I work with, Michelle (Cina's old schoolmate?!?!), Yosef, Abby, and Lindsay. At some point, we left the table, and almost immediately, Mosher, Jason, Tony, Smitty, and a bunch of other people arrived and JOINED that table. So pretty much all my favorite people, except for Eric, were at the bar last night, and it was a great time. I sang a couple songs (my standard, Melissa Ethridge's "I'm the Only One", which I hadn't sung in a long time, and Avril Lavigne's "Nobody's Home"). I went and picked Eric and a couple of his friends up from bowling and brought them back to Bdubs with me, and yeah...we just had a great time - even my boss was there and she was more smiley than I have ever seen her.
And...I just took a CDO test, and I'm not real sure how that went, so keep your fingers crossed for me. And with that, I am spent.
