My mom is in the kitchen now but I stole a peek in there before she chased me out...

I can see quail's eggs, sea cucumber soaking (probably to be braised with duck later), simmering pot of pig trotters and some kind of clear broth... She'll probably start the mushroom dish sometime tonight...
