Okay, so a quick post about the last post. My house that I bought (on LC) last year, has turned out to be a horrible, moldy, money pit complete with collapsing ceilings and leaking plumbing. Israel and I want to move. We don't want to rent. My mom called about a house across the street from her. We fell in love it is BEAUTIFUL and I loooooove it. ( Read more... )

Can you tell your guy to fax the paperwork to me next week? Remind me to text you the fax number. Also, if you could ask if it would interfere with my getting an FHA loan in the future?
