What to do...?
Okay, so a quick post about the last post. My house that I bought (on LC) last year, has turned out to be a horrible, moldy, money pit complete with collapsing ceilings and leaking plumbing. Israel and I want to move. We don't want to rent. My mom called about a house across the street from her. We fell in love it is BEAUTIFUL and I loooooove it. We tried to get a loan and I have old med bills, so that kind of didn't help things. Then, vance agreed to co sign for us. So he did, and we got the loan!! BUT THEN the loan fell through because of the loan he has on his own house, so I still need a co signer. BOO. It is looking pretty impossible, but I am crazy in love with this house (pictures at century21.com 271 Freisner Ave. 43138) So, I am praying and praying and praying that we can find someone. Also, I want to THANK my friend S from the bottom of my heart for giving it her best shot!!! I wish I could repay you somehow.
