We are having our primary entrance exams this week. Mine is Thursday & I am not quite nervous about it yet. Everyone around me is freaking out which makes me wonder if I should be a little more consious of studying & practicing. I am just finding it difficult to get too excited about it all. :)

Things are moving along. Midterms are spanning two weeks, last and this next one. Two of my professors moved their exams to week 7 to "take the pressure off of us". Oops, kind of backfired because we ended up with three exams last week (official midterms week) and we will have 4 this week, plus I have a presentation. Whee ( Read more... )

Okies, two cardio packs down for Pathology, two to go. Two visual maps out of it. One for atherosclerosis, one for heart issues (HTN, pericarditis, aortic dissection, etc). There will be one on CHF, cardiomyopathies, infectious cardiac dz, & cancer. I think that should cover it, though there might be more that I haven't seen yet ( Read more... )

 I've been telling myself that I'm going to get my ass up and take the bus Wednesday thru Friday, but hadn't done so yet. Monday and Tuesday are long days so the car is very helpful, but taking the bus means I walk more and don't use as much gas ( Read more... )
