Living Laboratory
My lab is practically alive now. It responds to me, to my thoughts, even to my subconsciousness sometimes. I guess all the AI code and thaumatological experiments have synergized into a new kind of machine, it’s like a cybernetic link without the cybernetics! The way it’s allowed me to work without having to explain...it’s like being able to to extract an image from my brain without having to put find the fine motor skills to draw it - the information was always there, but I couldn’t translate it properly, into words, into code, into formulae. Now, with the lab understanding what I mean before I have to figure out how to direct it, the possibilities are staggering! My my calculations (which aren’t even mathematical) ,my speed in completing the Abstractor has nearly tripled. I’ll actually have it done right after the Mark 6 comes online - I can’t wait to show it to Gladys in all its glory.
