They're good with salt and lemon juice. Sometimes I put them in salads or on sandwiches.

apply salt and lemon juice to thinly sliced red onion. then add avocado. SO YUMMY :D

Have you ever tried to plant the seed inside? I just wondered...one time I was on freecycle and someone was asking for the seeds because they liked watching them grow.

my mum plants them. you stick toothpicks in them and put them in a glass of water to sprout them.

she has one now that's like 15 years old and about 10ft high :)

I always did the same thing, get them with the best of intentions only to find them, sad and gross, under everything else a couple weeks later.

I love them on toast, btw, with a bit of salt. Om nom nom. Now I want one - good job, avocado advocate!
