Oh God, I'm such a wreck. I'm still mourning over the end of Lost and, as our losties would say, "trying to move on and let go". I was so satisfied with the finale! Actually, the more I think about it the more I love it. And for the first time in 10 years of tv-addiction, my OTP gets the happy ending *_* and this time is something SO epic and eternal that definetely makes up for all the bitter disappointments of the past. Couldn't ask for more.
And I loved every Jate moment of the episode, especially the very last one, when they're in the church with their hands intertwined and they are smiling like never before (and Evi is glowing) while on the island Jack is dying and already feeling Kate's hand over his..
Long ago I stated that the show would have ended with Jack's death/sacrifice and the last shot would have been his eye closing. I guessed it :) and to me it was the perfect conclusion to one of the greatest love stories ever told.
So I made this little picspam to celebrate. It's a bit different from common picspams 'cause while I was watching the episode I noticed some details that reminded me of four of my favourite movies.. and decided to show those similiarities.
