I can always fall asleep without issue but staying asleep and quality of sleep are my problems. I've had this terrible eye twitch for the past 4 days and everyone I've talked to agrees that it's probably from sleep deprivation. I've been having anxious half-awake dreams and waking up every 15 minutes for over a week.
So...
I took some valerian last night to help me sleep. I slept so deeply that I finally had dreams that I could remember and participate in. I even had one of the those dreams which feels like hours pass just for you to wake up and realize you've been asleep for 5 minutes. lol. AND the coolest part was that GACKT made an appearance in all my dreams last night! I love it, I get deeper access to my subconscious and all I find is more GACKT (#^^)
In the first dream, he and I were hanging out. He was quite short, about my height, and we were having a very casual conversation about how he makes himself look taller for the media. I've read that even more important than what happens in a dream is how you feel upon awakening from it. That's the true measure of a dream's purpose and quality. Well, I woke up briefly from this particular dream feeling warm, comfortable, content, and a bit... excited? (~.^)
In the second one I was in RRII GACKT cosplay and was trying to run through a library to make sure I wasn't late to his live.
LOL... maybe I should take valerian more often.
