Went for dance class with Nic today ~
and as usual, 
i was late ~~~

nothing new really ..
and i am sure Dan is already used to it ...

anyways..
i loved the routine today ....
realli used a lot of ENERGY ~~~~
a lot of big movements..
which resulted in quite a number of bruises...
due to the kneelin on the floor...
