Certain favorite authors. Fraser/Kowalski, Dief stories, AUs, plotty fic, case fic, amnesia fic, comedy, magical realism, angst, dark fic including death-fic and post-apocalyptic fic. Phone sex and masturbation. Long long long stories! Certain bullet-proof kinks. Original Characters. Established relationship fic. Well-researched Post-CotW fic set in northern Canada. Vecchio in or recovering from Vegas. Femmeslash. Well-written Bad!Ben.

Certain authors who, for whatever reason, don't butter my muffin. Bad characterization. Multiple spelling mistakes in the first few lines. RayK calling himself Stanley. Incest. Turnbull having sex with anyone. Mpreg and most kid!fic. WIPs. AUs set in a different place and time where every single fricking character makes an appearance. And really, WTF was with the Tentacle!fic?
3. Stuff I be meh about
Crack!fic. Cross-dressing and genderfuck. Threesomes. First-time stories (love 'em, hate 'em, but they seem to be over-represented in the fandom). Cliche!fic, especially ones where the characters are suddenly forced to have sex for (insert convoluted and unlikely reason). Fraser/Vecchio. Ray/Ray.
