Jack's been stranded in the middle of the lake due to all manner of misfortune and luck during said freakish snow storm. He is cold, getting colder, or well, by now he's getting warmer. He knows enough of winter weather that first, he does not like it, and that being warm while it's cold out is a very bad sign indeed!
He's stomping his feet and rubbing his arms but it does little to warm his chilled body.
