Came back a week ago from two weeks in Norway, Nordic Stage Fight Society summer camp.
I'm sort of still in that mood where those camps feel like the real world and the rest of the world feels like being on hold.

So I discovered a new machine at the gym. There are around three thousand different ones, and I know how maybe fifteen of them work, hah.
This one. It helps you do pull-ups until you can carry your own weight. SO FRIGGING AWESOME. You stand on a little platform that you decide the lift of with the usual pin-an-weights, only they work in reverse. ( Read more... )
