El and I started seeing a counselor together. We wanted to ensure that we were fully understanding each other, and it seemed like a natural transition. Hindsight, though, suggests that it probably would have been even better about a month or two ago. Regardless, it was good to be able to visit with our counselor twice before El shipped out again.
