I have been trying desperately to catch up with my flist so that I can post an update to my LJ. Why do I feel the need to be caught up on my flist before posting? This is a very good question. I must ponder some more. After I catch up on my flist.
Of course, my flist is never-ending. I'll start out at skip=400 (it actually goes that far??), work all the way up to skip=160, only to get busy again for a couple days and when I'm able to pick it up again, I'm all the way back to skip=280. Sigh.
On the other hand ... Doctor Who S4 squee! Yes, even though I've been absent from the posting part of LJ, I've still been keeping up with the squeeing part. S4, I'm in love with you already, and not just because of how fun it's been getting all the spoilers (the good spoilers, of course ... I try to forget any that might stress me out as soon as possible) and imaging the best ways the series might go.
I actually haven't read anyone else's reaction to "Partners in Crime" yet -- that's exactly where my skip=280 puts me on my flist; heh -- but I had a great time with the episode. It was exactly what I was hoping it would be. And those last couple minutes? With the quick character introduction that I had not been expecting to happen until later in the season? I gasped. And cheered. And OMG'ed. I was not expecting that. And I loved it.
So, um, yeah ... episode 2 today. Ee ee ee! Can't wait!
(And boy, does it feel good to post an update here. It's been far too long. And I have much to say. That's actually why I've been quiet -- things have been absolutely insanely busy around here and I have barely had time to breathe, let alone write about it. Whew.)
