Forecast: 22C/71F and sunny intervals. ⛅️
Actual temperature: it's been hotter in the house than it has been outside, mostly because of the sunshine *eyeroll*, but there's a nice breeze which is going through the whole house with all the windows open.
Today has been a day of tidying and sorting out food for tonight. I've washed all the windows (which they sorely needed!) and cleaned all the things, and chopped all the toppings for pizza later.
thefridayfive questions are difficult for me this week as I don't think I can answer them, so instead I'm doing
the Friday 5 questions instead
1. What is the least organized area of your daily life?
My clothes! I need to be more strict about getting them sorted out. I have things that I don't wear and I really need to do something with them! My wardrobes need a good clear out (all my jeans are piled in a heap at the bottom of the wardrobe!!).
2. What is the most organized area of your daily life?
My glass studio in the garden - the glass sheets and all the 'stuff' I need to make stained glass things are all categorised and easy to find. If I didn't have that space sorted out I would waste a lot of money buying stuff I've already bought.
3. How well do you handle disruptions of your routines?
I don't mind - I tend to 'go with the flow' most days, but that's because I'm retired LOL! I don't like missing things like my exercise classes if I've paid ahead for them though.
4. How do you respond to unexpected blocks of unstructured time?
When you're retired most of what you do is unstructured - usually though I try and sort something out. I spent a happy hour yesterday going through the pile of magazines that I needed to sort through and tearing out things I wanted to keep.
5. How structured is your time this weekend? We have several things already in place this weekend - tonight our neighbours are coming round for home made pizze, tomorrow we are meeting Youngest Cee and GF(P) for brunch and then Sunday at 11am we will have our Tai Chi lesson which is usually outside in a park, but it looks like we will have rain so that will go online this week. Other than that I have no plans!
Today's question is: 23. How long does it take for you to fall asleep at night?
I'm usually out like a light LOL! Often if I'm tired I nod off over the book I'm reading in bed and Mr Cee has to rescue it when it falls on the floor....
Happy Friday all!
