Monday (day 127 of demi lockdown)
The Lj app has updated and it's made it unusable (again) so I'm back to creating a link to the webpage on the homescreen of my iPhone which works a whole heap better.
Chrome has updated which means I don't appear to be able to comment at ALL on anyone's posts (it just gives me the option to link to a post or click the heart icon), but I can still do it through my phone and through Firefox...
ARGH!!! technology!!!!
Also all the British travellers who went to Spain are now going to self isolate when they come home again because Spain has some high outbreak areas. I'm thinking this will happen a lot in the next few months across Europe. Another reason not to rush to travel with the covidiots abroad I think.
Anyhoo - Sunday was a bit of a wash out as it was raining all day and we did a few chores around the house, Mr Cee did the ironing, I tidied the glass studio, he put some grass feed on the lawn between showers - we had a curry for lunch and that was about it. We did finish binge-watching Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist which was fun, silly, singalong and surprisingly well acted and with some serious storylines. We'd recorded the whole series and it's been renewed, so there's that.
Today a friend I made in my stained glass classes all those years ago came over for a catch up. We normally meet some of the others in the group for coffee, but it's not happened for the obvious reasons. It was really good to see her as we keep in touch via text, but in person is so much easier. I was supposed to go for a walk with a friend his afternoon, but it was very wet, so we've postponed it. Instead I cut out the glass for a mirror order I got through Etsy after checking with the customer what colours she wanted. The deadline for sending it is Friday, so I have a lot of time to finish it, but I've got much quicker making them, so I'll probably send it earlier than that.
We've had a delicious pasta dinner and now I am being adored by Tippi who is purring and purring on my lap making it difficult to type LOL!

26 Would you rather live in a house or an apartment?
Always a house. With flats you only own the actual space, not the building and it means you can end up with really high charges for maintenance and upkeep of the rest of the buiilding. We've lived in both, and I much prefer having control over the whole of the place we own even if ultimately it means you can have much larger bills.
27 Do you have a favorite mixed drink or cocktail?
I will usually go for a mojito, or a champagne cocktail for a mixed drink if we're in a bar - but I'm also quite happy with a good rum and coke too.
