Summary:Yuichi, Koki, Junno, Tatsuya and Jin are supposed to be the 8th generation rulers of the world called Mytan. Mytan had been dealing with their enemies, which are called Zygnotean for so many years but in order to defeat them they need to be strong enough. And In order to gain their full powers, all 7 heirs must be complete. Now that two Zygnoteans named Kazuya and Hikaru come to their life, would they be a big help in finding the missing heirs or will they be the reason of the heir’s failure.

“Wait. What’s going on?” kazuya asked confused. “Lady M?” He stared at Misaki.
“Kazuya and Hikaru, I am happy that you have chosen the right path.” Misaki said.
“So the Lady M and Misaki are the same person?” King Tadashi said. “Which confirms that Kazuya and HIkaru are the missing heirs? Are they?” He asked Misaki.
“We were suspecting it but we never found anything to prove it.” King Seiji explained.
“The only thing that made us think about it is the fact the heirs are not suppose to gain the powers until all 7 seven are gathered around.” King Tadashi said as all the heirs look at each other, they didn’t know that the rulers are suspecting Kazuya and Hikaru to be the real Hajime and Minami.
“Indeed, if you’ll think of it. We all started gaining the full powers when we met Kazuya and Hikaru.” Koki realized.
“Could it be?” Jin mumbled.
“Yes, Kazuya is Hajime and Hikaru is Minami.” Misaki admitted as the others felt happy and relieved.
“What? we are the missing heirs?” Hikaru asked. “Wait, then that means you are my real mom?” Hikaru said hopeful as Misaki nodded.
“I’m sorry for everything, jealousy and envy got through me. Taking care of Hikaru and Kazuya and teaching them what is the right thing to do was the least that I could do.” Misaki said.
“Why did you choose to be one of them?”King Ryuji mumbled.
“Kazeno was so powerful even when I first saw him, he was still young but powerful. I was mad, he offered help and revenge, I said yes. I was the one who help him free the Zygnotean prisoners. We rebuilt Zygnotea and made it stronger than it was before. But after a few years, I realized how wrong my decision was. I left Kazuya, I mean Hajime to a family in Zygnotea because I think I couldn’t take care of him anymore. Though I promise that I’d still look after him but when Kazeno and I are got busier, I decided to leave Hikaru with them as well. I erased their memories, I left them but I still keep an eye on them. I trained them personally, let them grew up like a Mytanean and not a ZYgnotean. With that, I think atleast I did something right.” Misaki remove the gem on her wand and tose it to Ryuji. “I am sorry for everything.” She said.
“Misaki?”
“I am not here to fight.” Misaki said as she brought down her weapon and kneel in front of everyone. “I am ready to face the consequences of what I did.” She keep her head low.
“Do you think that we will kill you because of what you did.” It was Queen Kimiko who first spoke. She walked near her and touched her shoulders. “I am mad at you. I wasn’t able to watch my son grew. But I could see how much you regret what you did and I know you want to live a life not as lady M but as Misaki and as Hikaru’s mom. You do not need to die as a punishment. We are giving chances to many zygnoteans, of course we will give you that chance too.” Queen Kimiko said.
“Of all the people, you are the least that I expect to say those things to me. “ Misaki smiled and Queen Kimiko helped her stand up.
“I want to learn more from you not as Lady M but as my mom.” Hikaru mumbled.
“Hikaru?”
“All my life I wondered why did my real family left me to Kazu-nii’s family, who’s my real parents. Who I was before? But now that I find out the truth, it’s weird, but all those years you were there for us, for me. I am happy to know that you are my real mother.” Hikaru smiled.
“You really do not need to punish yourself so much. But of course you need to face the consequences of your mistake. You will still receive a punishment for that.” King Ryuji said.
“Do not worry, I understand.” Misaki said.
“The Zygnotean fighters, you killed them all?” King Tadashi asked.
“They were all loyal to Kazeno. I need to kill them or else Kazeno will know that I am going against him. I also tried to find Zygnotean fighters who might be against Kazeno but unfortunately I was only able to find one.”
“One? Who?”
“You met him but I’ll introduce you to him sometimes.” Misaki answered.
“Well them let’s go back now.” King Yusuke suggested.
“We still need to prepare for the real battle with Kazeno.” King Tadahsi added.
They think that they wont be facing enemies anymore but they were wrong.
“Traitor!” They all heard a voice as they went out of the castle.
“Kazeno, that’s Kazeno.” Misaki said as they all try to look around the forest but failed to find him.
“Where did the voice came from?” King Yusuke said.
“Why is he here?” Queen Kimi ko said.
“The 7th soul. He needs the 7th soul to awaken his demon powers.” Jin figured.
“Mom.” Hikaru said worriedly.
“Are you aware of the 7 zygnoteans souls that Kazeno needs?” King Ryuji asked.
“I am, but he never told me that. I just found out about it.” Misaki explained.
“Inazuma no tanken” They heard a spell being casted. It was so fast that they didn’t saw the daggers thrown at Misaki.
“Mom!.” Hikaru shouted as she saw he mom wounded. King Seiji immeduiately run to her to check on her wound.
“It was the same spell he used to kill Noriko.” King Yusuke mumbled remembering how his wife died.
“The daggers came from that way.” King Ryuji said as he pointed at a tree.
“Stay here, Hitoshi, Tadashi and I will try to find him.” King Yusuke said as the three run to find Kazeno.
“She’s bleeding too much. “ King Seiji said. He continued trying to stop the when he noticed something. “An organ in affected. It’s going to be hard to heal her here.”
“Should we go back to Atzukori.”
“We can’t travel her as well. We might lose her on the way.” King Seiji admitted but didn’t stop his healing process.
“Mom, please fight, okay?” Hikaru said as she held her mom. Yuichi saw Hikaru in pain so he get near them to hug her. That is when he noticed Misaki’s wound.
“I think I know how to handle this kind of wound.” Yuichi said confidently as he asked King Seiji to step back.
“What?” King Seiji asked.
“Kazeno used the same spell and weapon that he used when he killed my mom and it seems like it hit the same spot as well” Yuichi admitted. “Before my mom was buried, I knew the basic in healing that is why I tried to study her wound and all. I know how to heal this but I need to borrow all you powers to make it possible.” Yuichi said looking at Kazuya, Hikaru and Jin.
“How and why will you use our powers?” Jin asked.
“He hit an organ and she’s bleeding fast so we need to make the healing faster and stronger and in order to do that I need stronger powers that is why I need the three of you.” Yuichi said. “We do not have time, just put your hands above her wound. “ He said.
Yuichi casted as spell as he put his hands above Misaki’s wound, he will try to heal the affected organ first and stop the bleeding, the healing will take time so he told Jin, Kazuya and Hikaru how to control the release of their power and energy so that it will last longer. King Seiji observed how Yuichi is handling the situation, how he ordered Jin, Hikaru and Kazuya to release their powers, how he uses their energy to make the healing fast and how he is trying heal the wound. He is proud of what the rulers had become.
The healing take almost 30 minutes, Yuichi didn’t stop until he was sure that Misaki is out of danger. But since it took awhile, Jin, Hikaru, Kazuya and Yuichi’s powers was almost drained, they got really tired and exhausted due to the process.
“You did great Yuichi.” King Seji complimented. After that King Yusuke, Hitoshi and Tadashi returned.
“He got away!, We saw him but he got away” King Yusuke said. “What happened?“ He added as he noticed Misaki’s bandaged wounds and the weak heirs.
“Yuichi, was able to heal her. He uses Jin, Kazuya and Hikaru’s power to make it possible” King Seiji said as King Yusuke looked at his son proudly.
“Noriko was right when he told you that being a healer suits you more than being a swordsmaster. Your mom is proud of you.” King Yusuke said.
“We should go now, we do not know where is Kazeno or if he is still watching us.” King Hitoshi suggested as helps Jin walk.
King Ryuji carries the wounded Misaki as the other heirs helps Kazuya and Hikaru. They were about to cross the pathway when Kazeno showed up again.
“No, no. You can’t leave Zynotea yet, one of the heirs need to die first.” Kazeno said.
“You! You can’t do that.” Jin shouted.
“With 4 weak heirs and rulers trying to take care of them. I am taking advantage of the situation.” Kazeno smirked.
“Kaminari no Yajirushi” Queen Kimiko casted as she shot an arrow which Kazeno was able to dodge easily.
“Jin, I’ll leave you for awhile.” King Hitoshi told his son.
“No need to do that. I am outnumbered, all the rulers could defeat me easily so I’ll do things fast.” Kazeno said as he calls on some Zygnotean fighters to help him.
“Calling for back up huh.” King Tadashi frowned.
King Ryuji and Seiji was left with heirs and Misaki the rulers with Koki, Junno and Tatsuya fight the Zygnoteans. The fight continued for while but what they didn’t know is that Kazeno was just distracting everyone. When they were busy fighting, and King Ryuji and Seiji’s attention was on the wounded Misaki, Kazeno took his chance to attack.
The 4 weak heirs, King Seiji and Ryuji was hiding behind the trees as the fight continues since they are not in the condition to fight. Kazeno tries to hide using trees so he wont be noticed but since the heirs are to weak, they can’t really feel Kazeno’s presence until he casts a spell.
“Buredo Tsukisashi!” He casted. It was too fast that they didn’t even see what it was until Kazuya starts coughing. They saw a blade with blood stabbed in a tree as Kazuya coughs more and vomits blood.
Theblade went through and through Kazuya’s body. It was different from what he used to kill Misaki, it was longer and sharper with out a handle, surely designed to go through a body.
“It’s over.” Kazeno smirked and disappears again.
“No!! Kazuya?” Jin run to catch Kazuya before falling to the ground. The others heard Jin’s shout as Kazeno orders the Zygnoteans to retreat. They all run to where they heard Jin’s voice and surprised to see what happened.
“Jin.” Was the only thing Kazuya was able to say as he was feeling so much pain. Since Yuichi was weak now, It was King Seiji who rush to their side.
“This is…” King Seiji just mumbled. He can’t say ‘impossible’ out loud. Kazuya’s wound was severe that he was lucky that it didn’t kill him immediately, Kazeno targeted the chest.
“Maybe, you could use my powers like what Yuichi did. “ Jin asked.
“Please, I’m lending my powers too.” Hikaru run to their side as well.
“That is Yuichi’s own skill. I can’t do it.” Seiji said. But even if he can it is impossible to close Kazuya’s wound.
“I will try to do it again.” Yuichi run weakly and examined Kazuya. Kazuya’s wound wasn’t like Misaki’s, he still haven’t learned what to do in this kind of through and through wound. “ Let’s still try it.” Yuichi said not wanting to give up. He held Jin and Hikaru’s hand to start the healing but it was Kazuya who stop him.
“It is impossible, I know. Don’t waste your remaining energy, I’ll die anyway.” Kazuya said with a smile on his face. He had accepted whatever will happen to him now.
“Don’t say things like that, Kazuya.” Jin said.
“Son, please fight for us.” Queen Kimiko said.
“Mom” Kazuya smiled. “At least I am able to call you mom for the first and last time.” Kazuya cried.
“Kazuya, please.” Queen Kimiko cried as King Ryuji held her tight.
“Kazuya-nii, you will live. Let us do this.” Hikaru pleaded.
“No. Hikaru.” Kazuya smiled and held her hands. “It is time for us to part ways. I am glad that at least in the end we found out that we are really blood related. Thank you for everything.” Kazuya said as Hikaru continued crying.
“Kazuya, do not give up now. You are the missing heir. We need you.” Yuichi said.
“I’m sorry but I guess I wont be able to fulfill that responsibility.” Kazuya said. “Yuichi, just take care of Hikaru for me okay. I know how much you love her and she loves you so much as well. I know with you, she’s in good hands.” Kazuya then faced Jin.
“I hate this. You are saying goodbye. Don’t.” Jin said crying.
“But I need to. Sorry if I’d say something like this when I know I am just about to leave you but I love you. I love you, Jin. Thank you for accepting me, thank you for everything you did for me. “ Kazuya said as Jin holds him tighter.
“I love you too Kazuya.” Jin said. Jin was still able to see Kazuya’s smile as a response to what he said but Kazuya slowly close his eyes as well and stopped breathing.
“Kazu?Kazu?” Jin shake his body trying to wake him but Kazuya didn’t move anymore. All he could do was to hug Kazuya’s lifeless body tighter.

“Jin.” Was the only thing Kazuya was able to say as he was feeling so much pain. Since Yuichi was weak now, It was King Seiji who rush to their side.
“This is…” King Seiji just mumbled. He can’t say ‘impossible’ out loud. Kazuya’s wound was severe that he was lucky that it didn’t kill him immediately, Kazeno targeted the chest.
“Maybe, you could use my powers like what Yuichi did. “ Jin asked.
“Please, I’m lending my powers too.” Hikaru run to their side as well.
“That is Yuichi’s own skill. I can’t do it.” Seiji said. But even if he can it is impossible to close Kazuya’s wound.
“I will try to do it again.” Yuichi run weakly and examined Kazuya. Kazuya’s wound wasn’t like Misaki’s, he still haven’t learned what to do in this kind of through and through wound. “ Let’s still try it.” Yuichi said not wanting to give up. He held Jin and Hikaru’s hand to start the healing but it was Kazuya who stop him.
“It is impossible, I know. Don’t waste your remaining energy, I’ll die anyway.” Kazuya said with a smile on his face. He had accepted whatever will happen to him now.
“Don’t say things like that, Kazuya.” Jin said.
“Son, please fight for us.” Queen Kimiko said.
“Mom” Kazuya smiled. “At least I am able to call you mom for the first and last time.” Kazuya cried.
“Kazuya, please.” Queen Kimiko cried as King Ryuji held her tight.
“Kazuya-nii, you will live. Let us do this.” Hikaru pleaded.
“No. Hikaru.” Kazuya smiled and held her hands. “It is time for us to part ways. I am glad that at least in the end we found out that we are really blood related. Thank you for everything.” Kazuya said as Hikaru continued crying.
“Kazuya, do not give up now. You are the missing heir. We need you.” Yuichi said.
“I’m sorry but I guess I wont be able to fulfill that responsibility.” Kazuya said. “Yuichi, just take care of Hikaru for me okay. I know how much you love her and she loves you so much as well. I know with you, she’s in good hands.” Kazuya then faced Jin.
“I hate this. You are saying goodbye. Don’t.” Jin said crying.
“But I need to. Sorry if I’d say something like this when I know I am just about to leave you but I love you. I love you, Jin. Thank you for accepting me, thank you for everything you did for me. “ Kazuya said as Jin holds him tighter.
“I love you too Kazuya.” Jin said. Jin was still able to see Kazuya’s smile as a response to what he said but Kazuya slowly close his eyes as well and stopped breathing.
“Kazu?Kazu?” Jin shake his body trying to wake him but Kazuya didn’t move anymore. All he could do was to hug Kazuya’s lifeless body tighter.

“Kazuya, actually left a plan. He discuss this to me before but wasn’t able to tell everyone about it anymore since the attack suddenly happened.” Tadayoshi mentioned as he get a map.
