Seeking roommates
Hi, This is Kazer Dragonwolf and my mate Nataya and we are seeking roommates near Valencia College.
1. Rules
a. No pets unless it's a dog that is trained, in which case there will be some charges before hand that we can assist with
b. you must sign onto our lease to live here, the apartments do audits to see who's living here, and keep checks on cars with no resident stickers.
c. Your room is your responsibility I say as long as your not setting the rug on fire then do whatever, but as far as the rest of the place, keep it clean, do your own dishes, etc.
d. First come first choice of either room
2. Cost: $325 flat rate Per room, and yes you can have more than one person per room.
3. Included:
The rest of January for free.
Electricity
Water
Gas
Internet (20 mb/s)
Washer and Dryer
Dishwasher
