Wonderful idea Kaz! I’m not as good at explaining how I see love expressed in these scenes as you are, but here’s my two cents anyways.

DNA Mad Scientist: John and Aeryn. I’m just going to quote Jacob’s TWoP recap and leave it at that-

When you fall in love with the shapeshifter, you meet her at the crossroads, full moon at midnight, and you hold her. No matter what she becomes. Fire, snake, hateful killer, snarling horse, wild beast. Pilot. Murderous, schizophrenic mother's daughter. Treacherous, disappearing soldier's lover. Hands around your throat; hands around your heart. Even when it's killing you. Even when she's Harvey's lovely daughter, all in a coldsuit, hair gone long and straight and black as night, lover and enemy in one, you hold her. You hold her, because it's your love that draws her back; your love that's the star by which she steers herself home. And she'll do the same for you, because you're a shapeshifter too.

Nerve: D’Argo staying with a recovering Aeryn and gently holding her hand as she sleeps. Supporting a comrade, a friend, a family member. I’ve said it before, but one of the things that makes me adore Farscape is how physical the characters are. How simple act of holding someone’s hand- such a small gesture- can have huge meaning. Maybe it’s because of the puppets that I notice touch so much on this show, maybe because so many of the cast and crew have stage theatre backgrounds (touch on stage is a big deal). Maybe it’s just the best show ever. I think that one. Yeah.

Dream a Little Dream: Deleted scene- the end of the flashbacks when Rygel, Chiana and Zhaan are leaving the bar after conferring with Pilot and Moya. Zhaan’s chanting and looking *very* disconnected and Rygel’s holding her hand as they walk out of the bar. Gosh, Sparky, we didn’t know you cared! Again with subtle physical contact allowing us to see the softer side or Rygel.

Die Me Dichotomy: Pilot during Aeryn’s funeral. His tears. ‘nuff said.

Season of Death: Kaz- you summed up Stark’s proposal to Zhaan perfectly. I’m just going to add MUSH!!!!

Self-Inflicted Wounds: Could’a, Would’a, Should’a: Zhaan comforting a weeping Chiana. Loving Zhaan, caring for all her children while she herself fades away. *sniffle*

Relativity: John and Aeryn’s nose nuzzle and forehead cuddles at the end on Talyn’s bridge. Being so connected to your partner that you don’t need words, just silent support and love. Arguably my favorite J/A shippy scene ever.

Constellation of Doubt: Chiana reaching out for John as he watches the TV. Knowing better then all the others on board that what he needs. How he opens up just that little bit and reaches back to her, letting her take that little handful of his pain. The trust between those two…. Leaves me breathless each and every time.

Peacekeeper Wars: Deleted scene- on the water planet (why can’t I remember its name?) John and Chiana walk through the marketplace. John talks about being “done” fighting and Chiana teases him, jumping on his back, exclaiming “I love you!” to which he replies “You're way up on my list.” I just love this scene, why on Earth was it cut?! I feel like John and Chiana’s whole relationship is summed up in this short scene. The love and support, the sibling closeness. Ahhh simply beautiful.

Peacekeeper Wars: Aeryn’s face when she announces that she’s “pregnant again” both to John and D’Argo. You can see the love she has for the baby pouring out of her. I love it. Claudia is amazing.

Okay, I’m going to stop there. Those were the first scenes that hopped into my mind, I’m sure if I think about it longer I’ll find more.
