That's pretty quotidian, right: Whoo, more random stimuli from the great Stimuli Provider, may it live forever and enrich my spirit with shiny things.
And then there's Nichelle Nichols riding a bike. I'm into that. Who is surprised? I wish that 60s lingerie had not been so fixated on pointiness but other than that, I'm cool. Girl is solid.
But then I saw Sean Connery riding a bike. My first thought was, "Nichelle Nichols would've been an awesome Bond Girl."*
My second thought was, "STAR TREK/HUNT FOR RED OCTOBER CROSSOVER!"
Imagine poor Chekov, stuck translating while Lieutenant Uhura and Captain Ramius practice a little IDIC of their own.
(The snarkfest between Spock and Jack Ryan would be pretty amusing, too.)
