Captain America USO!
OK, I just think these are super adorable. I have no idea if I will like the Captain America movie or not but it would be super fun to have a group of these costumes for a con! (I first caught a glimpse of these in a post Tally made on Facebook)

From what I can tell, the skirts have a 2 layer tulle petticoat underneath, trimmed with red ribbon on the edge. The hat is trimmed with rows of blue sequins done in an arch layout, and there are sequins on the lapel too. In the movie, they seem to wear the costume without the cumberbund, and the gloves are above the elbow in the movie. No telling if they use the same shoes in the movie or not.
The bodice and hat look like the most time consuming parts.
I know a dude that costumes as Cpt. America too (Rex, he is from Northern California and part of RL/501st. And he goes to D*Con...)
