Well, that's something I suppose. ;) It seems like everyone's doing better than me, in terms of word count and story!

I think everyone is doing better than me with the story part. Ugh.

But wordcount wise, even though I think I'm behind, most of my writing buddies are about even or 1000+ words behind.

What about alien pirates? You could always write a series of children's books with 50,000 words. :) Kids love alien pirates.

I actually thought about doing alien pirates. It would be a huge tonal shift, but I'm pretty much bored with this story anyway.
