HUUUGE Manga Update.
Okay, so I've been reading like a crazy person the entire summer, but I haven't updated here at all. =__= I'm so embarrassed. Anyway~! Here's what I've read, and what I thought.
Fallen Vampire - Spiffy story within the first 3 volumes with lots of twists and turns. I am still finding it a little difficult to care about these characters, but that's probably due to pacing or something. Also the art style isn't my favorite for this kind of story.
BECK:Mongolian Chop Squad - First volume = hilarious. Just all kinds of awkward teenage desires and delinquency. Also random English thrown in for fun from characters who've lived in America so long they've forgotten their kanji. As we all know from MARS, Japanese kids who've lived in America are pretty hardcore, and fairly entertaining.
Kamichama Karin - I'm so embarrassed to admit I'm reading the first volume of this. I liked it, but only in the way I liked .hack//legend of the twilight, my first manga... as in, "this is really cute and I don't want anyone to get hurt so I better keep reading". Seriously, they're so cute you think they'll cry if you don't keep reading! Anyway, that could just be me imagining things.
D.Gray-Man, vol. 14 - I NEED TO KEEP READING THIS BUT MY LIBRARY DOESN'T HAVE ANY MORE. Srsly. I need to hit up a bookstore and buy all the new ones so my library can be updated. xD I really liked this volume, and General Cross is a bishie!!
Vampire Doll:Guilt-na-Zan - I've been fangirling to everyone about this, and so I've begun rereading it. First two volumes down. Apparently it's only 5 or 6 volumes long in total?! *cries*
Hana-Kimi - Hana-freakin'-Kimi. This is likely my favorite manga series of all time. Oooh, there's so much good stuff I've forgotten that I love rereading!
