"You've got a weird school, Kawalsky."
kawalsky
"Not mine anymore."
other_sidekick
"I don't think you're getting away from it so easy. It's always gonna be your school now."
kawalsky
"You mean it's always gonna be my fault if you hear about it."

Ferretti grinned, shrugged and nodded. "And as long as there's people here who remember you being here, it'll be your school. Maybe I should get a teaching job."
kawalsky
"She's taken."
other_sidekick
"What? Did I say anything?"
kawalsky
"You got that look in your eye when you're gonna try to do something stupid."
other_sidekick
"Like hit on your daughter?"
kawalsky
"Like hit on my daughter."
other_sidekick
"I know how to get her number now."
kawalsky
"I hate you."
other_sidekick
"No you don't, but it's good to know I've still got the old Ferretti touch when it comes to making you twitch."
kawalsky
"Get outta here."
other_sidekick
"I'm gone." The taxi was pulling up anyway. "Look after yourself, Kawalsky."
kawalsky
"You too, Ferretti." They hugged briefly and Charlie slapped him on the back.
other_sidekick
"You ever find yourself in Colorado, there's a couch with your name on it."
kawalsky
"Thanks. Try not to blow up the galaxy on me, okay?"

Ferretti opened the taxi door and looked up at the school ruins. "I'd be more worried about this place doing it for me." With a wave and a smirk, he closed the door and the taxi headed back to the causeway.
