Last night, in a semi drug induced state, I stood up for myself as much as I could. It wasn't great but I yelled and I screamed and it felt good. So today I broke my water fast half way through because I -needed- alcohol to make things better. As well as pills and pills and pills. I give up cutting and sex as a way of coping and I just become everything I told myself I wouldn't. Cause I'm fantastic that way. I'm tired and completely numb though at least.
