This is the third month in a row Sprint has screwed up my bill. And I've only had sprint service for 3 months. Oh my god I want to shoot them. I paid them in full last month! I called them and the chick and I talked about how much I owed and then I paid it. sprint.com even said I had overpaid. But then I get this month's bill and they've tacked 8 bucks onto it because they say I haven't paid off my previous balance. I have better things to do than call and argue with the morons at the sprint call center! GRRRR!!!!
