Gluten-Free Vegan Pizza Attempt
Looks good right? Well, it looks much better than it tasted. I used Bob's Gluten-Free Pizza Crust and Daiya cheese for this and it looked and smelled good. But the taste was just ok. It was edible, but it wasn't enough to conquer a pizza craving. I'd heard mixed reviews about Daiya cheese, mostly bad, but I'm one to give it a try. The taste was too much like fat-free dairy cheese and I preferred to pick it off the pizza and get that taste off!
