Meet Sparky

Today was the second day of school . . . only 178 days left! Things are going relatively well. My numbers are low (only 19 enrolled in my class), it sounds like a good thing, but really it means I'll be getting all the new kids. I'd rather have them all at the get-go. This year is much smoother than previous years, and not just because I have more experience. About 8 of my students were in my class last year and 7 I knew. So, I really only have 4 new ones, for now. I am excited about this year and have a lot planned. I don't if I got to show off the website I created over break. It still needs work, but has quite a bit already. You can see it here.

Also, I decided to get a Betta fish for our class pet. Today we named him "Sparky."
