I've been working on my lace pillow a little at a time and finished this small sampler:
The pattern was created by my aunt and the outside was worked first. The inside circle is then completed and woven in the loops of the outside circle. I did it in black because that is what I still had on my bobbins. This will probably end up in a small circle frame, but was unable to find one at the craft store.
I'm thinking of trying a handkerchief edge for my next bobbin lace project and even bought some linen colored thread.
