Busy busy?!
Well, in an attempt to keep my mind off things I've been fairly social! Lol. Aside from work I did other things! *shock!*
Wednesday, I met up with Aman for dinner! It was supposed to be Baljit and Aman but Baljit is scared of her dad =P Lol. Yes, as an adult scared of her dad. Ahh, Asian life. Lol.
Friday/Yesterday, I had a meeting at Sprott Shaw so I could find out more information about the Pharmacy Assistant program. I originally decided to do that program thinking it would be easier to get into the US if I'm not useless. However, since Jordan and I broke up that's a moot point. After much consideration I decided that I might as well just do it! It will be a good job to have for the rest of my life! And I'm getting old I really needed to start thinking about that like 7+years ago! After my meeting I picked up Lisa and we went to Chelle's house. From there we went out for Korean BBQ. Yum! After lunch I head home for a few hours before going to Amy's house to help her make comic book flowers for her wedding which is coming up, REALLY really quickly! TBH, last night was super depressing. We watched a Star Wars movie, which is Jordan's fav movie(s). After making flowers for a few hours I had to go home because I had taken someone's Saturday shift. I basically cried myself to sleep.
Today? I was late for work because I woke up late (I forgot to set my alarm because I was all emo). After work I went to see Miyazaki's new movie "The Secret World of Arietty" with Chelle and Lisa. It was a SUPER cute movie. I never read the book though, so I don't really have anything to compare it to. Books are always better than the movies... but... idk if I'd think the same of this movie. It really was a good movie!
This coming week, I'm actually going to do stuff other than work, knit and watch tv! Shocking eh? On Tuesday I get to take some test at Sprott Shaw and then meet Baljit for lunch. (I need to take the test before I can register for class. Hopefully, I will get approved for a Student Loan. Hopefully, I'll be able to start school March 12th! We'll see!) And on Friday I have a hair appointment! Chelle and I are going downtown for matching hair appointments! Yep, I'm finally going to get my hair cut! I am LONG over due for one. Jordan always used to tell me to cut my hair because it got in the way of things. Obviously, I'm not doing it for him! Lol. I was going to delete what I typed about what he used to say about my hair, but I decided against it. I still obviously think about him a lot. He was a large part of my life.
