Not So Long Ago:

I left a store in the strip mall and got into my car. I nearly jumped out again when an elderly stranger in the passenger seat asked me for a few dollars. I told him I didn't have any money and yelled for him to get out.

About a week ago:

I volunteered to help the church spread frisbees for God, since their plan to sell prayer potions fell through at the last minute. Peter (the pastor that officiated at our wedding) kept the group on task. We hauled everything in a large red truck for distribution.
