The weather feels like it couldn't get much worse. It's windy and it's raining.
I don't want to go outside, especially because I'm wearing very light shoes more fit for September, not proper boots.

Somewhere around this place works a boy who looks even younger than me (and I thought I was the youngest here). Must be from some other department, because I haven't seen him before.
