*gasp* she has not fallen off the edge of the world!
OK I've been scolded a bit about not updating my LJ..... so here it is people "KATS MAGICAL UPDATE OF DOOM"!!
I've been busy with work, having one day off a week really doesnt leave much time for anything. If I actually allow myself to sleep in, half the day is gone and there isnt time to do anything that involves going anywhere.
I'm not making very much money right now, even while working two jobs!! so I'm going to be looking for a new job, coffee shops, clothing stores, book stores, almost anything. Mouse has suggested I try working for a collection place that she's going to be working for...I dont know how well I'd do asking people to pay their bills (as I'm having a hard enough time paying my own) but we'll see.
So lets see...what have I been doing other then working? Um... I've been playing PIRATES! I've got a sweet fleet of ships and a fairly decent crew, Derek has a better crew but I've got higher point on most of my ships.
I've been working on my resume, studying my english course that I'm taking, playing around with Photoshop CS etc..
Today I met up with Mouse and Troll, Troll gave me a ton of books and comics! The three of us went to the Nissan dealership to test drive a spiffy SUV... I think the poor guy trying to sell it was afraid when we took it on the test drive, he held onto the "Oh Shit" handle. We all (eventually) agreed that Knight Armor was a good colour to get.
After all that test driving, we went to The Elbow Room for lunch...we laughed as our waitress smacked the boys at the other table around.
I'm just lazing about at the moment...I like it.
so there we go, there was my update.
I'll possibly think of more later.
