Though at this point in my life I am not in a poly relationship, I have been, and at that time one of the major issues was the legality. When you are restricted from being able to live as you want, it makes me question if the country is as free as they say. Especially if the activity in question is not harmful. I believe that while some poly relationships can be harmful it would be a fallacy to say all of them are. People should be free to love who they want to love.
