long time no write
i'm finally back in alaska. it took a while (had to get a new car and the ferry broke down), and i recommend everyone take the ferry from bellingham to where ever they go in alaska. i'm going to talk my parents into flying into bellingham, take the ferry to anchorage (look at the orcas, seals, annoying birds, boats, etc), then take the train from anchorage to fairbanks. that's if i graduate. sometimes (most of the time) i wish i had gone to trade school instead of college. right now i'm in palmer, which is by some nice glaciers and anchorage, and will be going to fairbanks soon for the semester. i get the joy of t.a.ing 2 labs for general biology. my phone doesn't work in palmer, so i have to wait to find a place to live in fairbanks. once i hit yakima, i started to freeze and haven't warmed up yet. i know OK feels like the armpit of hell right now, but weather below 70 F makes me feel like a really bad bare knuckles fighter (i.e. sore, pain, pain, sore). on the up side, i got season four of macgyver. i know, i know. don't care what anyone says, i heart macgyver almost as much as bruce campbell. almost. the eighties just make me laugh. i should be reading about musical acoustics, but i don't wanna. i could go to the state fair. it's no fun without a group though. plus they don't have fried snickers bars. i could take a nap. that's a good solitary activity. hmmm.
