What Did They Do To That Car???
That is probably the question that is going through people's minds when they see my car. It is so ugly right now that all I can really do is laugh. There were a few rust spots on the hood of the car and so my dad and I decided we should take care of it. So I sanded it down and we spraypainted some primer on those spots. It wouldn't be so bad except the color doesn't really match and we don't have any finishing paint, so it's not shiny like the rest of the car's paint job. So picture a car with three differen't sized non-matching painted rectangles on the hood of a car and one on the roof by the driver's door and there you have my car.
I have put it up this week because my grandma has finally decided she is ready to give up her car and I am getting it by the end of the month. Who in their right mind is going to want that car after taking one look at it? I am guessing no body, but if not we are donating it to the mission, because after all it does still run. While I am very excited about the prospect of a new car I am a little sad to say good-bye since it has been my car since a month after I turned 16...but it's time...
