The Newest Dork House, or Oh God, Not Again.
The Dorks' old house broke, and since I recently got AL, I decided to build them a new one from scratch. It's got a lot of similarities to the other one, but has more stuff and is also quite pretty.
Same as last time, this lot requires every Expansion and Stuff pack, because I am an elite bastard who has to have everything the moment it comes out. D: Also the same as last time, this file is XBOX HUEG. I'm talking 70MB compressed. There is a LOT of CC in this house. Please use the CleanInstaller to install.
This house is built on a 5x6 flat, normal lot. It's been landscaped after being placed, and will probably look best surrounded by trees in neighborhood mode. This lot has never been occupied, but all the items in it HAVE been depreciated, using the MATY magic wand. So instead of costing $600,000, it only costs $300,000. I'm a cheap big spender.
I have two different files this time, one with hacks removed (using CleanInstaller), and one without, mostly in case the hack-free one doesn't work the way I think it will.
If you want a piece of CC, but don't want the whole kit and kaboodle: Go ahead and ask me! If I can't figure it out, feel free to link my images to wcif_sims, and they'll help you out. <3
If you want to use an idea for the architecture, but don't want the whole thing: Go ahead and use it! I didn't invent split-level houses, and most of my "unique" building ideas were stolen from real life, or people better at building sim houses than me.
