No more pizza during the week! Absolutely no more! Absolutely not! While I was working out today my stomach was literally bubbling and screaming for help like it was on a ferris wheel trying desperate to get off and was one minute from vomiting. I was trying my best to keep up the pace. Like a mantra in my head: Mind over Body, Mind over Body!!! The music was great help as well. When I first went down to the gym there was a guy running a good fast pace and all I kept thinking is how I want to get to that level and surpass that pace. I don’t know why I get really competitive when it comes to running. I see others run and I aspire (see I am saying aspire now!) to get pass that, to become better. I will become better. In addition, I will find another job at a gym hopefully and clear some of my debt. I am still positive!
STATS!!!!
Because of my stomach I didn’t go as far as I hoped but I did do a lot today.
Treadmill
2.35 miles in 36.36 minutes. Mostly on 1.0 incline. Two miles in 31.36. Burned around 300 calories. I pretty sure I passed that but I’m not sure. I was trying to beat my two mile record. If my stomach wasn’t so messed up I would have beat my record. It’s ok every day is progress if I work out.
Cycling
I only did 1 mile in 4.30 minutes.
Hamstring and Leg Extensions
30 reps on both at 20 pounds.
I did ABS today!
100 reps all together!
Good workout! Feel great despite my stomach feeling weird and I did tons of stretching! I’ll probably be still sore but it’s a great feeling now! :) lol Goodnight
