KAT-TUN MUSIC STATION J-WEB REPORT
KAT-TUN is appearing on Music Station for their new single which will be release on 17/11!
Johnny's Web is also at the studio, and we will present to you how they're like during the rehearsal!
KAT-TUN came into the recording studio for their rehearsal. Firstly there was the sound of Kamenashi
doing a capella singing, accompanied by Koki's counting (of the beats), and (the rehearsal) started with them
confirming their formation.
And after confirming everything, they started practising with the music. Nakamaru is very particular about everyone's position, and there were also times when he gave Koki looks to remind him to follow the timing. Such scenes can be seen.
KAT-TUN is rehearsing conscientiously. Next, for the camera rehearsal, as they need to arrange the equpiment, the members have now gone to the talking area. [ahh i can't think of a specific english word for it. they literally wrote "talk seats", meaning the place where the artists sit for the talking segment]
Kamenashi, Koki, Ueda, Taguchi, Nakamaru sat in a row, and kamenashi became the host!?
"The new song, Change Ur World, what type of song is it?", asked Kamenashi. And then the members started replying...there were also scenes of such skits (laughs).
In such a relaxed atmosphere, they've discussed about what to say during the talking segment.
From here, "Nakamaru also knows how to speak Korean" (said kamenashi), and the members started to speak in korean. The korean version of "iriguchi, deguchi, taguchi desu!" was also shown...such scenes can also be seen. it's completely different from the reheasals, as KAT-TUN interacted as if they were at home.
After the equipment have been arranged properly, the camera rehearsal has started. After going through once, the members gathered in front of the monitor to check the images. They checked the cut images in order to present a KAT-TUN style performance! They also started to discuss about the formation and the dance steps.
And then the second rehearsal has started. KAT-TUN performed with energy and zest. As it's a danceable song, the members said "it's so hot~"[haha hot as in the temp is hot, not the oooh lala kind of hot (: ] as they walked to the resting room, and they quickly went to check the images. "It has become better ne", (said the members) as they smiled. From such scenes, one can feel that KAT-TUN has good team spirit.
Next, the members started to prepare for the overall rehearsal. One can see Kamenashi and Ueda confirming the steps.
Taguchi was the first to change. After that Nakamaru also started to change. When he walked to the costume, the stylist said, "For Nakamaru's costume, there are some slight changes!"
"It's not bad!" Ueda said to nakamaru, who was in front of him (laughs).
Nakamaru's costume. He seems to like it too, and even asked the members "How is it? Say out your opinions". Taguchi replied, "Smart!", "That's referring to the body!", said Nakamaru who can't help rebutting it.
Kamenashi have also finished preparing and he looks stunning. Amongst all these, there's also Koki's voice as he said "you should have said earlier~~" Seems like he has buttoned his costume wrongly... "Maybe you'll look good with that!" said Ueda as he reassured him with a smile (laughs). "It looks like a western high school uniform," said Ueda, as he looked as his own costume.
"Then let's go!" said Koki energetically as the rest of KAT-TUN get ready for the overall rehearsal. They showed their coolness as if they were really appearing (on stage), and did a stylish performance. Next, the part that one is always looking forwards to!? Mike testing.
Initially Kamenashi was sitting beside Taguchi, but in order to make Taguchi the last, he changed his seat discreetly (laughs).
Koki, Ueda, Nakamaru, Kamenashi...tested the mike one by one, and finally it's Taguchi's turn. This time he went straight to saying "Iriguchi deguchi taguchi desu!". As he said it with lots of confidence and all smiles, Kamenashi couldn't help but tease him (laugh).
Under Kamenashi's urge, Taguchi even did the korean version! But...as expected, the members all gave a bitter smile. After that, when the question of "What do you want the memebers to change?" was asked, the members couldn't help but reply "it's taguchi...(laughs)"..(laughs). Even in the overall rehearsal one can see such a harmonious atmosphere.
At the resting room after the rehearsal, Kamenashi, Ueda and Nakamaru looked at the monitor closely, while Taguchi and Koki counted out the beats as they looked at the images seriously to do another check.
Finally, it's time for the actual performance! "Let's go!" (said Nakamaru), as the members walked to the recording studio.
