R-One show on Jin's Birthday

It seem that someone: jintowatashito had posted a recorded show of R-One KAT-TUN on Jin's birthday. However, apart from the part where Uebo and Maru greeted Jin happy birthday I don't understand anything else... T.T Can someone please translate what they are saying? The youtube link is here:

Ueda-sama was reading so kind of poem ... I wanna knwo what he said =]

The show started off with Maruda introducing Jin's brithday. Maru asked Ueda if he bought anything for Jin, and Ueda said he bought him a necklace which Jin loved. Ueda then mentions that last time for an interview, Jin mentioned that he would love to be on the radio. I can't hear the words after that, if anyone got that part. But basically Jin wrote a poem for the show, but tells Ueda that they have to read it. Maru asks if they can punch him, and Ueda said the poem is really serious for Jin.
