Boxing Day
I woke up somewhere between 2 or 4 o'clock in the morning, but continued sleeping.
I got up at noon, took my morning meds and biotin supplement, changed from nightie into a bathrobe, and made coffee.
I brushed my teeth, did the morning skincare regiment, and applied basic lotion on my skin. I got dressed.
I went to the supermarket to buy laundry detergent and then to the stationery shop to buy refills for my ink pen.
Once back home, I did some exercises and stretches.
I went to see Riikka today. I caught two trains to her hometown, once there Mirette came to see us.
We had plenty of treats and talked a lot.
I caught a bus back home. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my anti- psychotic meds, and once back home I took my evening meds, brushed my teeth, did the evening skincare regiment, applied basic lotion on my skin, and put on a fresh nightie.
