I stayed awake all night, even if I had taken my evening meds at eight o’clock in the evening, along with two tranquilizers.
In the small hours, I took my morning meds and biotin supplement, got dressed, and applied cold cream on my face.
I watched the TV show The Good Place and the movie Afterlife of the Party on Netflix, Keeping up Appearances on Daily Motion, and The Illustrated Mum on YouTube.
I made plans and wrote lists, knitted a lot, and did the usual housework; changed the pillowcase and face-, hand-, and kitchen towels, scrubbed the toilet bowl, and bagged the biological waste.
When it was midday, I left and took out the biological waste. I went to the municipal service point to recharge my travel card, and then I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescribed medicine.
I went back home and continued knitting.
Later that day I left again, and mailed a birthday card to a friend. I took a train to another town, and took part in the knitting & novel reading group.
After that, I went to see my mother. I took a train to my hometown and a bus to my parents’ hometown. Once there, mom let me in and dad was home as well.
I gave mom four knitted grandma squares I had finished today. By then I ran out of knitting yarn.
Mom told me that we (me, her, and my brother) are going on a cruise ship next week’s Thursday. I am going to spend the night at my parents’ home, so I will be awake early.
I spent the evening at my parents’ home, and then I left.
I walked to the bus station and caught a bus to my hometown.
Once back home, I took my evening meds and went to bed.
