I got up about at six o'clock in the morning. I had slept fully clothed in my burgundy corduroys and an off- white (I accidentally wrote "off shite") shirt depicting different Mediterranean sea shells.
Last night when I came home I just fell on my bed fully clothed; the tranquilizer I had taken made me a bit sleepy. I don't remember what kinds of dreams I had.
Those tranquilizers sure are a treat, they either work or not. They make you sleepy when you want to calm down, and also make you puke.
I took my morning medicine and drank coffee. I brushed my teeth, washed and conditioned my hair, washed and shaved my armpits, did the 12- step Korean skincare regiment, applied basic lotion on my skin, put deodorant into my armpits, got dressed, put on jewelry, and blow- dried my hair.
I washed three loads of laundry, and then I took a nap. I didn't feel like doing anything, the science museum was closed, the parish had stopped serving coffee, all this because of the COVID19. I know all these precautions are done in order to protect people from the virus but it still makes life boring.
I got up later when the afternoon started turning into evening. I went to the local shopping mall to buy a bag of vinegar crisps, and then I took a bus to another town and then a bus back.
Once back home, it was getting late. I took my evening meds and put basic lotion on my face. I have decided that from now on, I will do the weekly 12- step Korean skincare regiment on Mondays and then use basic lotion on my face for the rest of the week.
Is there a way you can just CHOOSE to be happy? Like, not through exercise or healthy eating, but just CHOOSE to be happy the moment you live in?
Tomorrow I need to sort out my laundry, and then I will go visit my parents.
On Wednesday, my care worker will come for the weekly appointment. I will wash the dishes. I will go visit my parents again.
On Thursday, I will go visit my parents again.
On Friday, I will visit my parents again. I will also receive the weekly allowance from my financial worker, I will buy hair dye and a hairbrush, and biodegradable band- aids, ankle socks and other stuff.
On Saturday, I will do the weekly housework; change the towels, scrub the toilet bowl, and take the blanket, pillow, and mattress to the balcony to freshen them. In the afternoon, I will go to Furby's Christmas party.
On Sunday, it will be my home country's 103rd independence day. I will go visit my parents, they will give me the weekly allowances and also, my father will give me the Christmas money.
